Two or Three: Music Ministry in the Smaller Church

COST: Only $9.95 Download Now

This new manual is a practical guide for the Music Minister or Worship Leader.  While the emphasis is on the smaller church of less than (500), the principles, procedures, forms and guidelines are applicable in churches of any size or denomination.

The author, James Estes, has over twenty-five years experience as the Minister of Music in an Assembly of God church, as well as being involved in church music since he was three years old (singing with his family).

Mr. Estes stated, “I go to large churches and stand amazed at the technology, talent and awesomeness of their worship service.  I often leave disappointed, wishing my church could afford to have what I just experienced.  I’ve come to the conclusion that even churches of less than (500) CAN have a powerful and effective music ministry if they will implement policies and have an atmosphere conducive to a spirit of excellence and anointing.  This book gives dozens of practical guidelines, examples and sources that will help churches of any size bring their music ministry to the next level!”
